I’ve been running my reflexology practice in North Cardiff since qualifying as a Master Practitioner in 2013.  Alongside my Reflexology practice I’ve 30+ years of experience working in the corporate world, mostly as a Learning & Development consultant. 

My research into Foot Profiling draws on my training as a Reflexologist as well as my background in Psychometric Testing used over many years in various roles in Learning & Development.  I’m a member of both Professional Reflexology and the British Psychological Society.

I’m fascinated by the links between physical and mental wellbeing and have been lucky enough to be able to spend many years exploring these through both my corporate and reflexology work.  I’m also very interested in the edges of science where the exploration of the quantum world bangs up against the unknown and the true nature of reality; this has led me to a version of spirituality that is non-religious, all-embracing and informs my thinking about spiritual wellbeing.  I’m a big believer in the interconnectedness of all aspects of self, in the power of the mind, and the potential benefits of holistic treatment for individuals.  I’m also a qualified Reiki practitioner and often include this in Reflexology treatments for clients who are comfortable with subtle energy work.
